My local JDW has been open for breakfast for years, and they have always said that there's a surprising brisk 'wet sales' trade at that time in the morning! Of course, the Victorian working man would have knocked back at least a couple of pints of beer with his bacon and eggs, and they really do work well together. Everyone should try it sometime!
