    Civil Servants made up many of these rules so know them better than others, still better to get the claims out the way and have less of them they contribute nothing as far as Im concerned but cost.

    In my experience it is only a very low percentage that are successful at EATs so it would be useful to know what percentage of the 37% got anywhere and may even be off putting to those who are planning or thinking that EATs are a silver lining.
